Track My Plan offers NDIS Plan Management to Participants living all over Australia. Our services are offered remotely with our head office being in Melbourne.

Control over budget spend

You are in total control of how you spend your NDIS Budget

Track My Plan facilitates the payment to your Providers from your NDIS Budget. Payment is only made once you have approved the invoice. Sometimes you might to organise a pre-approval for regular supports.

Choice of Providers

You choose the Providers you use for services under your NDIS Plan

You choose your Providers, we ensure they are paid promptly upon your approval. It really is that simple!

Invoice payment and budget reporting

Prompt payment of invoices and monthly reporting

Your providers send the invoices to us and upon your approval, we pay.

Monthly reporting is also sent to you so you know exactly what's been spent and how much you have left to spend in each area of your plan.

Track My Plan was founded in 2020 in the middle of the Melbourne Lockdown.

We are a People First business striving to always provide outstanding Plan Management services.

What is the difference between a Local Area Coordinator, a Support Coordinator and a Plan Manager

The confusion is real, who does what?

- Local Area Coordinators (LACs) spend time with you to collate information to help establish your personal goals (both long term and short term) and work with you to develop your plan.

- Support Coordinators assist you in finding supports that can help you reach your goals. They are not always included in plans and if you are new to the NDIS it would be advised to ask for one to be included in your plan. Most Support Coordinators check in with you regularly and help you adjust your supports and services if needed.

- Plan Managers pay Providers that have delivered supports and services to you. They monitor the funds in your budget and provide regular reporting.
